Since 2003 Crafter + Mogford Golf Strategies has been the resident golf course architect for The Barwon Heads Golf Club and has overseen several major projects for the club. These include; preparation of the Course Development Plan (along with partner Neil Crafter) for the 18 hole Championship course, design of the new 9 hole Par 3 Course and stormwater detention basin,

master planning and detailed design of the new car park and tennis court facilities, development of the new short game practice facility (SGPF), design and construction supervision of the new 16th, 17th and 18th holes on the Championship Course as well as a number of smaller works around the course. In the 2011 Australian Golf Digest Top 100 rankings Barwon Heads rose again to be ranked at 20, a rise of 12 spots over the last two rankings, a credit to all concerned.
